Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us, so they have to be cancelled on your device.

iPhone or iPad:Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Grace → Cancel Subscription.

Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel during the free trial before it ends, you are not charged at all.

I already paid, but Grace is asking me to subscribe again

Open Grace, go to the paywall or to You → Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy the subscription.

If that does not work, email us with the Apple receipt and we will sort it out.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase. We are happy to support your request if you tell us what went wrong.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: You → Settings → Account → Delete account. This is permanent, and removes your reflections, saved verses and progress within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel that separately in Settings first, or you will keep being charged.

The audio will not play

Audio needs an internet connection unless the story has already been downloaded. Check that Grace has network permission, that Silent Mode is off, and that the volume is up. If it still fails, email us with the name of the story.

I found a mistake in a passage

Please tell us. Include the book, chapter and verse, and we will check it.

How do I change my reminder times?

You → Settings → Rhythm. You can change the times or turn reminders off entirely. Grace never sends guilt reminders, and turning them off does not affect anything you have saved.
